Refunds
We create each one of our products by hand to guarantee it delivers a delightful fragrance experience for you. At Lady Mary Gifts we want you to value each product you purchase from us however, if you are not happy with your products, please do get in touch via email at info@ladymarygifts.co.uk
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and a further 14 days to ensure it is returned to us.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with product in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@ladymarygifts.co.uk first. If your return is accepted, you will have to arrange return postage to the address provided via email from our customer service team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your order number. All this should be sent to info@ladymarygifts.co.uk with your first return request.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after the returns period

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damages etc
All orders are packed by hand with care and posted out via Royal Mail or other carriers. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of your items are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you as soon as possible.
